Who is responsible

SettleMeNow is operated by Settle Me Now (Pty) Ltd, the responsible party for the registration information described in this notice.

What you share, and why

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form:

• Buyer interest: your first name, email address and company name, plus your last name, job title and message if you choose to provide them. We use these details to respond to your interest and discuss your business’s supplier payment needs.
• Supplier waitlist: your first name, email address and company name, plus your last name if you choose to provide it. We use these details to manage your waitlist registration and email you about access.

Submitting your details is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to process the request; without them, we cannot register your interest or add you to the waitlist. You can leave optional fields blank. Please do not include banking details, identity documents or confidential invoice information in an enquiry.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee platform access or invoice eligibility. Registration is not an application for payment and does not involve an automated eligibility decision.

Who receives your information

Our team uses your details for the purpose of the form you submit. We use HubSpot to receive, store and manage registration details. HubSpot may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and the page from which you submit, to deliver and protect its forms.

HubSpot, its affiliates and service providers may process information outside South Africa, including in the United States and other countries listed on its subprocessor page. HubSpot’s Data Processing Agreement requires confidentiality and security safeguards, limits processing to agreed purposes and instructions, and requires comparable protections from its subprocessors. We may disclose information where required by law. A buyer enquiry or waitlist registration does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Form security and cookies

The registration forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. reCAPTCHA processes technical information and sets a necessary cookie for risk analysis. Read Google’s privacy policy for more information.

How long we keep it

We keep registration information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, manage your waitlist registration or meet an applicable legal obligation. When it is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to remove your waitlist registration at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion where applicable, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights are subject to applicable law; withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact info@settlemenow.co.za. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
