In this example, receiving payment 16 days earlier means a R1 500 rebate is deducted. Waiting until the original due date keeps the full R100 000.

How it works

From invoice to payment choice.

Approval is the starting point. An earlier payment offer is available only when the invoice is also eligible.

  1. 01

    Check for an offer.

When an eligible approved invoice has an offer, review its payment options.

  2. 02

    Compare the numbers.

Review the earlier date, the rebate in rand and as a percentage, and the amount you would receive.

  3. 03

    Make your choice.

Take the earlier option, or receive the full invoice amount on the original due date.

For suppliers

Hear when access opens.

Join the supplier waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or invoice eligibility.

Before you register

Useful to know.

Is SettleMeNow available to use yet?

We’re preparing to launch. Buyers can enquire about participation, and suppliers can join the waitlist for updates on access. Registering does not enrol you in an early payment offer.

Will every approved invoice qualify?

No. Approval alone does not guarantee an offer. Availability and terms will be shown for each eligible invoice.

What does the rebate mean for my payment?

The rebate is deducted from the invoice amount in exchange for an earlier payment date. Each offer shows it in rand and as a percentage, alongside the amount you would receive. Waiting until the original due date keeps the full invoice amount.

What if I don’t accept an offer?

Your original due date and full invoice amount remain in place. No action is needed to keep those terms.

Which teams should be involved in a buyer conversation?

CFOs can lead on the commercial case; Treasury on funding, cash timing and payment controls; Procurement on supplier needs and relationships; and B-BBEE Transformation on supplier-development objectives and evidence requirements. Start with the team closest to your priority. Explore the priorities for each team.
